Nowadays, memang ramai sangat Malaysian yang ada diabetes and sesapa yang ada keturunan will have high probability and risk to be in the same category including me!!!.....so memang kene jaga-jaga....Well, when you are trying to balance your blood sugar, it is important to eat plenty of healing foods for diabetes.
